Do you prefer to receive massage therapy in your Houston area Home or Office? If so, I am the therapist to call!

Because the majority of my clients are seniors & busy Houstonians, I make it easier for all and provide OUT CALLS ONLY. In other words, it's a house call massage, or onsite massage.
Receiving Outcall Massage allows you to relax in your own environment without having to travel to the massage and then travel soon after the massage - the Massage Comes To You. So, you receive all of the benefits of massage therapy in your own familiar surroundings. The Massage Therapist brings everything needed including a comfortable massage table, linens, lotions, and relaxing music.
Want a professional single or couples massage in your hotel room without paying the outragous hotel spa fees? I'm the therapist to call!

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage, the most common form of massage in Western countries, integrates principles of anatomy and physiology with oriental techniques. It was developed in the 1830s by the Swedish fencing master Per Henrik Ling. Swedish massage uses soothing long gliding strokes and kneading techniques, followed by rolling and squeezing of the muscles. The massage usually follows the direction of blood flow toward the heart to stimulate blood circulation through the body’s soft tissues. Swedish massage improves muscle injury recovery time by speeding up the removal of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. The increased blood circulation carries the toxins away from the tissues to organs, such as the kidneys and lungs, where they are expelled from the body. Swedish massage also keeps the ligaments and tendons flexible, reduces both physical and emotional stress, strengthens and enhances nerve function, and is valuable for many medical or rehabilitation therapies.

Injury Treatment and Medical Massage

Therapeutic massage provides pain relief and speeds injury recovery for the following conditions: Back Pain Carpal tunnel syndrome: The most common and costly repetitive strain compression nerve injury. Chronic and acute pain Fractures Repetitive Stress Injuries: Massage improves circulation, relaxes affected soft tissues and reduces constrictions. Sports Injuries: Pre-game sports massage helps prevent injuries and increase endurance. Post-game massage speeds the removal of lactic acid from the muscles. Sprains: A sprain is an injury to a ligament caused by overstretching or tearing. Strains: A strain is an injury to either a muscle or a tendon caused by twisting or pulling the muscle or tendon. Stress management: Massage enhances general relaxation, reduces muscular tension and anxiety, improves sleep, and improves energy levels. Tendonitis: Deep tissue massage is particularly useful for breaking up fibrous adhesions in the tendons and reducing scar tissue development. Medical massage helps prevent muscular atrophy due to bed rest or broken bones, increases joint mobility, reduces inflammation, improves circulation and immune system functioning, and speeds the healing process.

Aromatherapy
I offer free aromatherapy with all massages. Aromatherapy is an ancient practice using essential oils. The transformation process is supported through the application of oils to the skin and by stimulating the sense of smell. The oils may be used alone or in combination with massage and bodywork, aiding in rebalancing the body, mind and spirit. What a great way to relieve stress, relax and provide support for the immune system.
